Delete your GB7 Meetup account
You can delete your account and its data at any time — directly in the app, or by email if you no longer have the app installed.
Option 1: in the app (immediate)
Works the same on iPhone and Android:
- Open GB7 Meetup and go to the Profile tab.
- Open Settings (gear icon).
- Tap Delete account, enter your password and confirm.
Your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out.
Option 2: by email (without the app)
Send an email to support@gb7meetup.com from the email address registered to your account, with the subject “Delete my account” and your username. We only act on requests sent from the account’s own email address, and we’ll confirm once your account has been deleted — at the latest within one month.
What gets deleted
- Your account, login details and profile (name, username, bio, interests, profile photo)
- Your local profile and your trips
- Your posts and their photos
- Your connections, event plans, check-ins and statuses
- Your chats and the messages linked to your account
- Your settings, two-factor setup and registered devices
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. We only keep limited records where we are legally required to, as described in our Privacy Policy.
